The owner is a service provider established outside the European Union and the European Economic Area that directs its services specifically at Spanish territory, and is therefore subject to the obligations of the LSSI-CE pursuant to its art. 4.

Purpose
Mudravia is a SaaS platform directed exclusively at companies and professionals in goods transport. It is currently offered as a free pilot programme, governed by the Terms of Service. It is not directed at consumers.
Status as an assistance tool
The platform assists in preparing transport documentation, including the electronic Documento de Control Administrativo (DeCA) pursuant to the Resolution of 5 June 2026 (BOE-A-2026-12784) and Law 9/2025. The carrier using the service remains solely responsible for verifying every document before use and for its obligations towards the transport authorities.
Hosting
The service is hosted entirely within the European Union (Hetzner, Falkenstein, Germany). The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The platform's content and software belong to the owner. Data and documents uploaded by users belong to their respective organisations.
Applicable law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and except where mandatory rules provide otherwise, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid.
