About Mudravia
This page says, in plain terms, what Mudravia is, what it does and does not do, where your data lives, who writes the guides on this site, and how to reach the operator. Every claim below is also stated, in the legally binding form, in our Legal notice.
What Mudravia is
Mudravia turns the consignment note you already have — a PDF or a scan — into the documents a European road shipment needs: Spain's Documento electrónico de Control Administrativo (DeCA) with its QR code, a sealed eCMR record, and an ICS2 entry-summary pre-fill ready for review. It is built for owner-drivers, small fleets, and the gestorías that handle paperwork for a book of carriers.
What it does, and does not do
Mudravia prepares, validates and seals these documents. It does not file or submit anything to any authority, to ICS2, or to an eFTI platform on a carrier's behalf, and it is not a certified eFTI platform. The ICS2 output is an entry-summary pre-fill for your own review and export, not a filing made for you. What gets submitted, and by whom, stays the carrier's or the gestoría's call.
Mudravia also does not check a NIF or a transport authorisation against any public registry, and it does not replace professional or legal advice.
Where the data lives
The service is hosted entirely within the European Union, at Hetzner in Falkenstein, Germany. All personal data — database, documents, backups — stays inside the EU; there is no third-country transfer.
Each client sits in its own workspace, with its own audit trail. Every document keeps an immutable audit trail you own and can export — for the authority, the client, or your gestoría.
Editorial: who writes the guides
The guides on this site — including the DeCA guide — are written by the operator, not bought in or generated in bulk. Each one names the primary sources it relies on: the Ministry of Transport's DeCA FAQ and the relevant BOE texts, cited next to the claims that use them.
