Pan-European eCMR Software Platform

Replace physical CMR paperwork with verified digital consignment notes. Mudravia ingests transport orders, delivery notes, and scans via artificial intelligence, normalizes them into UNECE eCMR standards, and delivers instant, app-free signing to drivers and consignees across Europe.

Single intake, all EU borders. Automatically turn your international eCMR payload into Spain's mandatory DeCA (PDF+QR) for domestic cabotage or pre-fill ICS2 ENS customs declarations.

Cross-border freight routes: ES ↔ FR ↔ DE ↔ PL ↔ NL ↔ IT. Aligned with Open Logistics Foundation (OLF) models.

Built for European Carriers & Dispatchers

Overcoming the friction of cross-border freight paperwork

Multilingual AI Intake

Your transport orders arrive in German (*Lieferschein*), French (*lettre de voiture*), Polish, or Spanish. Mudravia's artificial intelligence reads all of them and structures the data automatically.

App-Free Driver Signing

No app stores, no forgotten passwords, no hardware dependency. Drivers open a lightweight web interface via smartphone to view route details and collect biometric or OTP signatures at loading and delivery.

Instant Invoicing with Digital POD

Eliminate the 30-day billing lag caused by waiting for stamped paper copies to return in the mail. When delivery is signed, high-resolution digital proof of delivery is immediately released for billing.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about electronic consignment notes (eCMR)

Is eCMR legally recognized in all European countries?

The 2008 Additional Protocol to the CMR Convention authorizes electronic consignment notes. Over 40 countries across Europe and Central Asia—including Spain, France, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, and Scandinavia—have acceded to the protocol. For bilateral journeys between contracting states, an electronic consignment note possesses the exact same legal validity as traditional paper forms.

UNECE Transport Division, Additional Protocol to the CMR Convention (2008).

What happens if an inspection occurs where there is no mobile connectivity?

The Mudravia driver viewer incorporates progressive offline caching. The complete eCMR document and its cryptographic verification QR code are stored locally in the driver's smartphone browser cache upon departure. Officers can scan and verify the payload even in areas with zero cellular signal.

How does digital signature work under the eCMR protocol?

Under Article 3 of the eCMR Protocol, electronic signatures must be reliable and linked uniquely to the signatory. Mudravia captures verified sign-on-glass biometric telemetry (touch speed, coordinates, timestamp) alongside one-time SMS verification pins (OTP), establishing legally binding Advanced Electronic Signatures (AdES) compliant with EU Regulation 910/2014 (eIDAS).

How does Mudravia connect with our existing Transport Management System (TMS)?

Mudravia operates with standard REST APIs, batch file import (CSV/Excel/JSON), and pre-built integration connectors for major transport ERPs. We provide webhook dispatchers to alert your dispatch team and accounting software the second an eCMR is signed at destination.
